I'm a survivor. After open-heart surgery, I learned that life is precious — and purpose is too sacred to delay. The scar I carry is a reminder: God spared me to build, to teach, and to walk beside other women rising into their calling.
I've walked through valleys most people only read about. I've built businesses, lost some, rebuilt others, and learned that resilience is forged in the seasons no one applauds.
My faith is the foundation. My strategy is the scaffolding. And every woman I coach gets both — because you can't compartmentalize your calling.
Today I lead Welborn Legacy Group: a premium movement for women who refuse to play small. We blend faith, AI, and strategy to build income streams, brands, and impact that outlive us. This is not a "business as usual" coaching company — this is mentorship for the woman God called.
My approach is rooted in servant leadership. I don't coach from a pedestal — I coach from the trenches I've already walked. Every framework I teach is a framework I've lived. Every strategy I share is one I've used to shift my own life from the red to the black.
